During the COVID-19 lockdown, one of Paani's founders noticed a familiar family ritual he had seen his entire life: his mum filling a large copper vessel with water. This time, curiosity struck, and he began asking questions about the tradition. What started as a casual inquiry into a daily habit soon turned into a deeper exploration of the historical and scientific benefits of using copper for water storage.
